Thanks to the rum and the vacuum seal, our cakes will stay fresh in the box for 6 months at room temperature. If you freeze them, they can stay fresh for a year. Once the vacuum seal is opened, wrap in plastic wrap and store in the fridge for up to a week.

While we only use real rum in the batter and the glaze, most of the alcohol burns off in the cooking process so it's comparable to a non-alcoholic beer.

We are currently running on a 2 week turnaround for our wholesale orders. PLEASE NOTE: We do not fulfill wholesale orders in December as that is our busiest retail time of the year. We suggest placing larger November orders since the flavors do not change for the holidays.
