Thanks to the rum and the vacuum seal, our cakes will stay fresh in the box for 6 months at room temperature. If you freeze them, they can stay fresh for a year.

Once the vacuum seal is opened, wrap in plastic wrap and store in the fridge for up to a week.

While we only use real rum in the batter and the glaze, most of the alcohol burns off in the cooking process so it's comparable to a non-alcoholic beer.

We are currently operating on a 2 week turnaround for our wholesale orders.

We typically ship via USPS. Please contact us if you need UPS.

PLEASE NOTE: Our holiday order cutoff is October 31st. We do not accept wholesale orders in November and December as that is our busiest retail time of the year. We will resume shipping wholesale orders in January.
